Hey Kim! Great live stream! I'm not able to watch live, but I usually try to watch the replay. I'm glad you mentioned we can make our own worm tea, because I checked with vermisterra.com and at this time they don't ship to Canada. Its such a lovely community that's been created, bringing gardeners from all over the world to listen and learn from each other. Have a lovely day!
One more thing, I'm starting to harden off my pepper and tomato plants, but yesterday it was rather cool and my peppers were quite droopy when I brought them inside. Now, almost 24 hrs later, after a bit of warmth and water, they've perked back up 🙂 It definitely pays to keep an eye on the temperatures.
Hi Kim, watching from New Zealand. I've been watching your videos since 2017 Love your garden can't wait to see you harvest this year
Love Calikim, Migardener and Gary
Ah i missed the Stream
Your videos are getting so long I can't stick around. I am not going to learn a thing this way.
Thanks
Nice addition of the Digital Table of Contents. I literally thought to myself for the first time "I wish I could skip the live questions" and then boom, there I saw it!
Calikim, I'm in San Diego, but I know there are nonprofits in the LA region that take extra fruits and vegetables from private backyards to donate fresh produce to local food banks! Maybe you can consider those for your excess produce!
Last year, I grew too many California Wonders in a pot and my bells were tiny but cute. This year, I am spacing more appropriately…. can’t wait to see the results. I’m growing Roulette, which is a sweet habañero… can’t wait to taste what a hot pepper tastes like WITHOUT the heat!! I’m also growing sweet banana, which I want to pickle for sandwiches and maybe salads. ? I started my peppers early indoors and they now have flowers and small fruits developing. We are finally getting weather that peppers love…. so exciting!
Kim I bought a California did is wonder pepper plant. How many peppers will fit on the 5 gallon smart pots do you think?
Hey there. Thanks for sharing. Appreciated the advice. Blessings
Meanwhile up here in the pnw, we are headed to the 90s this week. Weather is getting weird here over the last few years. It's like we do t have a spring anymore.
i didnt know planting sweet peppers next to hot peppers can turn them hot. Mine are all mixed up. will be fun watching someone bite into a banana pepper and see their eyes start watering lol.
I never knew peppers like being close together. Thanks for the tip Kim!!! This will save me lots of space on the deck.
hello kim from Utah raining and windy cold I love watching your videos I start mind from seed yellow and red peppers but they don't look like yours
We are already harvesting beautiful big banana and bell peppers here in Northwest Florida! We grow them in containers and they do wonderfully along with my okra and other vegetables!
Last year I started peppers from seed, ended up with some tall (maybe 4 ft) plants, really green, but almost no fruit 🙁 what did I do wrong? How can I make sure to get peppers from my plants this year.
Love your coffee walks I actually look forward to them and have a cup of coffee with you each time. ☕️
"Black thumb of death" what a awesome variety name, I wonder what it looks like
