I noticed you’re fenced in keeping the deer out. A big advantage over the appetite of the deer.
My place in Pennsylvania is full of deer and they devour everything. Even eating tomato plants.
I’m thinking a food forest similar to yours couldn’t work because of that issue.

I think 25 minutes is fine just don't do an hour. I'm in the process of making my backyard a food forest.
I like watching your youtube shows and I really didnt look at time timing, probably because I need to learn more because I just started gardening this year. And yes I would like enjoy eating my own fruits and vegetables I grow, when that day comes. Good day
