I'm at roughly the same stage. We had a heat wave for awhile there, but now cool and damp is what the forecast has in store for us. So-far we just have one tomato that died — but that is in a very small garden. I would rate the progress here at OK. I'm thinking your seeds will burst forth when a nice warm day comes along. Hopefully this year!

It’s always a great surprise when it looks like reseeding is necessary and then suddenly the sprouts start coming up. I hope they continue to come in strong for you.
