Climbing beans seems like they take "forever" to grow but they're well worth it if you have the space to grow them. Nice on the bigger corn harvest from last year with less stalks!! Looking forward to seeing what the blue lake beans do. My green bean plants are about 5" tall, corn is over knee high we'll see if it amounts to anything. Also just planted more corn not too long ago, we'll see if it amounts to anything. Some baked squash and onions sounds good!! Have a good'nnn
On the bean issue, did you get all your straw/hay mulch from the same source? Could you have a persistent herbicide issue? If the leaves are curling or any other signs at all it could be something to consider. Good luck, everything looks great. You are lucky to have the heat, we have been all cold and wet. Still feels like spring up in IL…
I’m always impressed by the harvests you get. Great idea to husk right in the chicken run. Those silks can be tricky to collect and move around. Leave the mess for the chickens to clean up.
Heck ya!!! Your harvests are so enjoyable!! I get powerful tired of the early season seeding videos, but never tire of good harvests:))
Great harvest! Congratulations!
Squash and Cukes love to hide from us and become monsters! LOL. Awesome harvest ya's picked there!

Looks great, how many times you harvest from your green beans
