It’s time to take another look at the “Jose The Neighbor Garden”! This is a brand new “lasagna” style garden where we are growing this year’s potato crop “Ruth Stout” style. As you can see these potatoes are growing like crazy! I get the feeling that our potato harvest is going to be monumental!

I only planted 5 hills of potatoes this year at the end of march and they are beginning to die back already. I don't know if that's normal, but it has been 3 months ago that I planted them. Mine never flowered.

Potatoes are great for a neighbour garden. As long as the potato bugs don’t get to them they are pretty low maintenance.
