  1. I was surprised that you didn’t mention growing ginger. I just put it in a Ziploc with a paper towel after soaking it for a bit outside since it’s hot, it sprouts and then I bring it back inside where I can control the lighting better.

  2. Potatoes can be sowed now in July and harvested late fall/early winter before snow comes! Atleast we do that here in Sweden 🙂 also Kale! Kale can grow even when frost has come.

  3. OK, people keep talking about chard. But I don’t know how to cook with it. Can you give us a cooking video sometime? Still sounds fine but what else do you put in other than chard?

  4. I live in zone 10. Although it is never cold here, the vegetables seem to know summer from winter. Every day it is about 75 degrees. I love my garden and keep it moving, but I would love to learn a little more about seasonal planting. The seed packages always say to wait until after the last frost, but we never have a frost so I don't know when to get started. What zone are you in?
