Fun. I have family in that area.
I enjoy all the adventures you take us long on. Thank you . like the info on the history
That flute just sends chills down my spine- it moves me. My maternal great-grandmother was full Cherokee.
Great merchandise. Have a fun day!!
There was a fort in Kingston TN to protect the Cherokee south of the river, from settlers. 1818 the land was opened up for settlement.
Love to hear the story of the cherokee Indian I will visiting there in October thank you patara.
Howdy
What a fantastic video Patara. That haunting music and Miss Mary Jane's fascinating story. I really enjoyed it, thank you for sharing.
Very interesting…thanks!
We drove across the south of TN on our way to GA. We loved that each bridge was named for someone; like the bridge here.
We also have these wooden flutes in Nebraska. A friend of ours made one for us. I'd never seen on like the first one shown in the video where it was flattened.
Thank you for filming The lovely grandmother so she could teach us about the area!
Cheers!
Love that Navy cap ! If your going down that way visit Fort Loudoun , Sequoyah Museum in Vonore area.Fort Southwest Point in Kingston. Oops, almost forgot, near Fort Loudoun is the site of the Tellico Blockhouse . Worth the visit but just an outline of blocks and info plaques are there. Thanks for the history Patara .
How can anyone give this video a thumbs down? It’s beautiful! Nice coverage of this awesome video. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love Indian flute music I meditate to it I use it to go to sleep with on those nights the brain just won't shut off.
Thank you for showing the beautiful places you do. The only way I will ever get to see them. Love xxoo

I plan on going to Coker Creek in the spring, me and my wife are needing a day out , we’re only two and a half hours away…
Oh my word, never thought about it much til you mentioned ancestors, I knew my Mom's family came from the Blue Ridge Mountains, but had always thought it was in Arkansas, never checked until now. They are in western North Carolina!! Never knew that! Thank you, Patara!! OX
