You have a beautiful sittin’ spot!
That railing certainly does look nice. A beautiful design. Hope you show us the finished product when you finish the house. Gorgeous view.
I thought you live in Tennessee is that a view of North Carolina? ❤️
My wonderful hubby and I are doing the same to our 132 year old farmhouse. it's hard work, but so worth it! You have a beautiful place. 🙂
Fantastic.view….How.relaing.to.sit.on.your.porch.and.see.all.that.
Is that the NANTAHALA National Forest you're looking at?
Look at that view!! I would never ever leave that porch. It’ll be so nice to sit up there with a cozy blanket and drink coffee once it cools down outside.
Oh how I understand the urgency to get the painting done. My husband and I just finished up 33 windows on our old 1900 house. All scraped, sealed up with caulking where needed and repainted. Super happy the job is done and was super happy the second story windows are finished. Hangin' out a second story window to paint isn't my favorite thing to do but it's done. 🙂
Those rockers ! I love the pillows on them 🙂 your house is a true treasure my dear! We used to live in a 106 year old house ! We moved this last February to 1/3 of a acre 🙂 what a beautiful view you have from your porch!
I’ll hedge trim , weed eat, mow . Make me paint and I revert back to the “ Terrible Twos “ !
It looks beautiful❤️
You go girl! Last time I painted my house it was Spring going into Summer and the temperature kept creeping into the 100s. I feel for you.
What a view! Nice. I need to get this done yet to my deck
Big job!! Beautiful!xxxooo
My farmer just got done with our old farm house…my job is painting the railing soon, when it's not raining. He's also scrambling trying to finish building a cattle shoot before harvest sets in. Busy, busy!
Beautiful view ♥️
Gotta get the outside stuff done now, cause pretty soon it'll be time for the inside stuff!
I like the haint blue. I have my back screen porch ceiling painted haint blue. I live in northeast Georgia. I love all the superstious stories handed down over generations. I also hang door chimes next to my entrance doors. It's just for fun. I'm Christian and I know who protects me.
What a view! Porch sitting at its finest.
Oh my gosh! That view! ❤️
Hi Patara!! You seem like a wonderful person. You are a busy lady. Love your videos. Your farm animals are beautiful to look at. Love those dogs of yours too. Get plenty of rest. Don’t over work your self sweetie. God bless you, your family and your farm/ animals.
Cant wait to see the completed porch video
My poor husband just did our deck. He used a paint/stain mitt on the railings. He started out doing them with a brush and switched to the mitt and really carried on about how the mitt was a time saver. Just an idea for you to try sometime. I got the first mitt at Lowe's and also got another on amazon. Your view is to die for!
What a beautiful view and home. You are very lucky to have something that special with history. Thanks for sharing and happy painting!!
I'm waving back to you from over here in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. x, E.
