Growing lettuce INSIDE of a canteloupe! What? Yup let’s see if its possible! Why not? Lettuce grows great in pots, it sprouts fast and doesn’t require a lot of heat. Canteloupe rinds are tough and durable, and if kept cool, can last quite a long time. This has fun written all over it. Let’s see if we can actually do this!
Imagine what kind of cool centerpieces you could make for parties and weddings? We’re not limited to lettuce either…if it works, we could try bok choi, spinach, kale, microgreens…..its limitless!
I love it
This is so random and cool. So, eventually your cantelouoe will rot, will you then bury it?
This is really damn cool man. Great video! Found you on reddit from our discussion ps!
Speaking of lettuce…you can STILL grow lettuce outside if you live in the right climate. Check out my fall garden bed clean up video here: https://youtu.be/AaREUpfKjJU
This is a very strange but interesting idea I don’t have any idea how you came up with it but kudos to you man! I’m gonna have to try this next time I have a cantaloupe
thats a cute gift idea
