VIDEO: The Truth Behind Worm Farms | Are They Worth It?
I’ve raised worms for the past six months in my basement. Here’s how to care for them.

Thanks for doing a video on this. I watch MIgardener a lot , but I missed his vlog on worms I guess. I’m going to look that up. I think I’m going to try this method, Al. I was looking at fancy worm bin/factory setups you can buy on Amazon, but they are generally $100 and up. Just wondering..Can you put some of those worms directly in raised beds also? Will they help the soil like earthworms ?
I like this method. I'm not sure I could do it because I do not have a place like a basement that would stay cool enough or warm enough in the winter except right out in the open in my house which would be a bad idea because I have two cats. I would like to see how you gather worm casting for use and how you use the next time you do as well.
