Is there a reusable mat or could you dry out the mat in an oven or clothes dryer maybe? It just seems expensive to keep buying mats.
Hi. Where do you regularly get your seeds for the microgreens?
another advantage to using the mats ….. use a sharp knife and cut the greens off at the root level. You will get a higher volume of food from your harvest. Dry the mats and peel off the roots. Also dip them in hot water to sterilize them and to prevent mold.
