The humble peperomia plant is easy to grow and even easier to propagate! In this peperomia care video we’ll walk through how to propagate peperomia from start to finish, using two methods: stem-tip cuttings and leaf-petiole cuttings.
If you want fast success and easy rooting, go with a stem tip cutting. This method works for all varieties: peperomia obtusifolia, peperomia prostrata, peperomia caperata, etc. It’s an easy way to buy one plant and multiply it!

I planted leaves of a ficus elastica, and it's not producing any more leaves or buds, although it has huge roots.
It's been like four months… Will it ever produce anything or just stay as one leaf?
I have a lovely full plant and while searching to identify it came across this video n glad I did, learnt a lot, thankyou..
Does is work with every sort of peperomia? I have a peperomia pecuniifolia and I'm not sure if it works
Tried the leaf propagating… didn't work fir me..
Does the same method applies to peperomia raindrop? Please answer

Thanks for sharing your vedio awesome tips and ideas on Propagation new subscribers watching from California
Any information on senecio ballyi propagating? I have this very leggy plant with the most beautiful leaves but I have found little information on it anywhere. Took me over a year to figure out what it was by contacting the grower.
Hi, which peperomia obtusifolia is it exactly?
Hi I've rooted leaf cuttings in gel
I mean it's a granular gel that swells
Where did you get this propagation box from? Please
Very nice And Help Full Video
I think I need one of these propagating set ups. So cool. Can you share what it is called?
AWESOME video! You make it look easy.
Now this… is epic gardening
I love my unkempt Peperomia
the problem with leaf propagation of variegated peperomia obtusifolia is that the babies do not come up in vatiegated version… that happened with me… but a good thing is with leaf propagation you can get more than one baby plant… more than even 4 new baby plants if you wish to separate!
I love your channel but I felt that this video was misleading.
Not everyone has a propagation apparatus just laying around so the mention of it in your title would have bee helpful. The thumbnail made it seem as though you were propagating in a simple pot.
Thank you! It’s funny that you said “layman’s botanical knowledge.” You’re so knowledgeable, I thought you’re actually a botanist.
My daughter-in-law does grow pepperoni from leaf cuttings
Thank you for the great video! I'm new to house plants and peperomia is my thriving plant at the moment. I'm excited to try propagating it, thank you for your help!
How do you stake this plant
So did the leaves development?
Always good information in your videos. I have a peperomia hope and I'm looking to fill it out a bit. Thanks!
I know this is old but thanks for this! Its very helpful. Also I would love to know if you made your potting station or bought it like that? I'm guessing you made it! It's so clever! Whenever I pot up my plants I make a mess & so much soil is wasted. I will have to make something like this!
I honestly never thought of propagating my peperomia but 2 of the leaves fell off and when I was moving the pot I noticed they were laying in the soil facing up with roots growing upwards lol so it's really that easy!
