Ok all I have to say odd AMAZING! I made your biscuits this morning for breakfast and they are so delicious. My parents sms husband loved them. So they will be continued in my house.
They look so good. Thanks for the video
Wonderful food making tips dear.
Lawd! x, E.
These biscuits look deliciously delicious.
Can't find the link to the other recipes…but luv your videos…
Girl, you're making my mouth water! Mmm, mmm good!
Love them. I learned to make biscuits, and other baked goods, from sitting on a stool and watching my mamaw mix them up and pinch them out – I even have her wooden biscuit mixing bowl.
My pawpaw would have called yours "angel biscuits" cause they're so tall they could touch heaven – and taste like heaven too.
Thanks for sharing and for bringing back great memories. I gotta go and make my hubby some southern biscuits and gravy now.
This may not mean much but I have that same bowl =) , it was my mama's <3 and I got it after she passed away. Patara darlin, I only use your recipes when I make biscuits ;D Thank you for sharing.
love a good biscuit
Love homemade biscuits. Don't have anyone that can make them for me anymore. So I will have to leave to make them myself.
Yummm!
No more cut and twist for me…..just straight down with the biscuit cutter and right back up.
Super excited to try this! I love baking and cooking from scratch- this will be a great recipe addition
Patara, can you use lard in place of Crisco? Will you have the same turn out? or bacon grease?
Your biscuit recipe is the BEST! I never had great luck making them until trying your recipe a few years ago- LOVE them!! ❤
I just came across your channel. And I’m hooked line and sinker!!
I make biscuits. Mine aren’t tall but they taste good. Will have to give this a try. Thank you for sharing.
Woman, you had me wanting to reach through the computer and grab up one of those catheads 🙂 LOL God Bless you and yours 🙂
Love 'ya gal! Just a funny/odd thing I have tried that works really well. Use a muffin pan, for large muffins is better, cut biscuits according to size-and get perfectly shaped and tall ones. works every time.
DEAD RIGHT. IF YOU TWIST YOUR CUTTER? YOU STICK THE RISING DOUGH TOGETHER like puff pastry, those layers need freedom to rise.
YUM-MO!!! Thanks Patara!
Those biscuits are so tall I love ❤️ how they look! You are the one who taught me how to make biscuits, for I’m from the north and moving to Tennessee!
Wow! ❤️
I made your biscuits this morning and they were tall, flaky & DELICIOUS!! I had made them once before, but I'm going to my son's and want to teach my granddaughters to make them, so I had to practice one more time! Patara, YOU are amazing, funny and so gracious… thank you for all your videos – not just the cooking ones – but the others where you talk life and common sense. I, and others who follow you, learn so much from you… and I'm 72! Thank you!
Call me stupid, but I don't see any links for biscuit recipes!!
