I believe night crawlers are not territorial When I was a kid we helped my mother collect them We put them all in a big Ben and they actually seem to breed when the fall came we had more than what we collected

Nope. Won't have worms. What do you use them for? Feed them to chickens? Put them in your garden? Use them to help compost? I know they are useful but I prefer them to be outdoors, in the ground.

Interesting. I guess I was one of the ones who also didn't fully understand the purpose of the worm bin but I read the comments so I think I get it. I'm wondering if there is a big advantage of having a worm bin rather than just composting food scraps outside in a compost pile or bin? The worm bin seems like a little more effort. Any thoughts?
