Another great video. Question – How much do I water while plants are under a grow light. Also, the 6 hours the grow light is off – during the day and the plant still gets indirect light, OR at night, does the plant need dark to sleep ??? Thanks

Thinking about getting a LED Strip Light 300 LEDs Super Bright 7000K Cool White & cut them to 2 ft strips of 3 for my storage containers of veggies.
Thank you so much for providing "coaching" that inspires and provides a well planned track. At age 79 I have moved from conventional gardening on our small "farm" to a a more compact garden. It's a great new adventure. After watching so many approaches, it's fantastic to let go of sorting out all the "ideas" and following a proven and imaginative plan. Lighting has been a major challenge but your explanation has cleared the fog. As a retired educator, I appreciate your teaching gift.

I live in zone nine a Florida but what I do have is a screened in lanai. Once I have seedlings without grill lights can I put it in the lanai I would think that is just like a greenhouse and there are no freezing temperatures there let me know your thoughts
When you say to have 18 hours of light, do you have the light off during night time, Say midnight to 6 am?
What happens if you don't ever turn the lights off and have them on at all times? Do the plants need that rest period?
Do these LEDs work for full growth until fruit comes up?
You may have answered in another video but how often do you water seedlings, and how do you manage drainage indoors? Thank you for sharing this information!
