Here is another adventure growing oyster mushrooms, this time pink oyster mushrooms as well as some anonymous oyster mushrooms. I used kits from Back to the Roots, here is the link for them if you are interested in trying it yourself.

I had the same grow kit. It didn't produce well, about the same as your pink ones. I'm going to try and use the leftover spawn to inoculate a bunch of straw and see if I can get it to grow a much larger amount. Did you get to see the video I made of foraging wild oyster mushrooms?
So where are the tomatoes you started in the tote?

You could massage the bag to mix the mycelium through out the entire substrate. But I was glad to see the pink mushrooms finally getting bigger. They look delicious.
This is great! I actually just did the mini kit and they sprouted really fast. They're really tasty sauteed in a little olive oil. I saved the block and I'm going to try for a second crop.
