  1. I don't know how but your videos were even more clear & somehow more life like, as in that I could actually have stepped through the screen and walked around with you.

  2. What such memories for your kids! Love the walk! I love how you described the sunset as cotton candy. Sunrises and sunsets are my favorites. I always say it’s God’s paintings!
Be super proud to having a teenager that loves to cook and kids that love to be in the garden.

  3. You are so wonderful for sharing your thoughts and feelings with us. Love your videos but this one knocks it out if the park. Cotton candy is so deliciously descriptive and the sounds of your surroundings just is the cherry on top. Look forward to many more informative and fun ideas.

  4. I accidentally mixed up my golden zucchini with my spaghetti squash starts. Now I’m afraid to plant to wrong type together in my small space 🙁 is there a way to tell the different between the 2 starts?

  5. Omg I cried a little. We're in SK Canada and the quarantine would be better tolerated if it would melt and warm up. Today is April 10 I think and it is so cold I came in early from my walk. There was a blizzard last week and in total now there's still 3 feet of snow on my garden at least . I, too, loved to stroll out in my garden in the evenings and soak in the earth and breathe and just feel so grateful.

  6. I totally understand the feeling of your evening walks. It’s romantic, and you just fall in love with the land, and life you helped thrive over and over every evening. It’s dreamy yet it’s happening right before your eyes.

  7. Kids in the garden — free range kids. It's good.
I enjoyed your walkabout. The gratitude time is so important amidst the work time.
God bless you, Jess & Co.

  8. I recently stumbled across your channel. I can tell you LOVE what you do. It oozes out of the camera. I smiled through this whole video. I could feel the walk around your homestead. It's a spiritual connection to the earth. I can't wait to set up my homestead. It's coming soon God willing. ❤

  9. I’ve been without fast enough internet to watch YouTube for a little over a week, and I have to say I really missed you. I’m binging today to catch up and it’s making my heart happy to see your garden, animals and family.

  10. Thank you for sharing your garden walk! I haven’t set up my homestead yet, so it’s lovely to experience yours and dream of what could be just a couple years from now.

  11. Thank you so much for sharing! I totally get what you’re saying and could feel the same peace and gratitude. It does come across. I also loved to hear you say how these walks without tasks running through your thoughts, after such a full day, get you ready for the next full day.

  12. HELP! My baby tomato plants which are about 12 to 14 inch tall started to have its leaves turn light green with dark green veins. Had a lot of rain last night here in Northern CA. When I checked on them this evening the leaves are now green again in the middle but are are now turning black all around the outsides. Not spots, complete black in color around the edges. What should I do.
