The looks on her face just crack me up!
Those sweet boys!!!! Lay her babies and wet butt…too precious!
He is a beautiful goat.
You seem like a very good person, good Mom and wife and gardener, I just love watching your videos, new to me and will be watching all the time now. Good job at all you do and love the baby goat video. I wish I would have raised my kids like you are in this wholesome farm setting.
“Fred!” “He didn’t say Fred, He said “FWED”!
He is beautiful! Jess you need a live webcam so the goats don't know your watching
Welcome Fred. Sorry you missed it.
Congrats, so cute. Get some sleep
I will have goats some day
Adorable! I am on the hunt for a buck to breed my girls with and start having babies again. My old herd I had a first time mamma give birth to twins, cleaned them up and walk way, never let them nurse. I didn’t even realize she was pregnant. We were able to milk her and get the colostrum to feed them the first couple of days and then we had to go to milk replacer and bottle fed them until I had a buyer for them. We ended up with 52 goats that year because we had 4 sets of triplets and a multitude of twins but only 2 single births. I sold off my entire herd sadly, but we needed a break and to work on fencing and pens. So we are still working on fencing but it was time to have livestock again and now we are planning cattle, hog, horse, Llama and a buck pen. Most likely keep the buck with the horse or Llama.
Bless your heart out there like a nervous grandma…4 in the morning…you got your electric blanket on your lawn chair? or a fake wood stove with a power cord/space heater? She does have a sweet face wondering why you are staring at her 24/7. Can't wait to see the baby….
How about setting up a live webcam and we can stay up and watch while you sleep…when they kid, we can start texting you like crazy to get out there!
Fred is adorable!!!
Thanks for sharing
Fred is soooo cute! Congrats!
OMG I love how much he wags his tail!!
Happy birthday Fred!
Gah!! I love goats! We have four. Been wanting to breed mine but so far haven't.
Such a sweet, new baby. All our girls last year waited until first thing in the morning last year. Ha ha. We have Nigerian's. They are so sweet.
How funny she had Fred alone…she was just wanting to surprise you..lol. Congrats on new baby FRED.
You should write a children's story and illustrate it … (no embellishments and/or fabricated fillers) …. Ms. Mable is blessed 🙂
Omg, Fred Is Here!!!! I love it all!!!
Walmart sells 20 dollar cameras and they have saved me hours of sleep definitely worth getting. Then you never miss a birth and can check on them prom your bed.
Awwww Fred is adorable
Hi Jess! So sorry you missed the birth after all that you and Miah went through. Fred is really a cutie! Love the way his tail kept wagging showing how happy is is to be here. I'm glad Mable is a good Mom, too! Thank you for sharing!
Another lovely video ,very nice to see Miah petting the kid goat and stating he would like it to remain as one of you farm animals.D.
Our bulls all have gotten the name Fred. A good name. I also can't believe he fit in his mama. He's a beauty!
