Lower Box:Two 2×10’s cut to 62 Inches
Two 2×10’s cut to 52 Inches
Upper Box:
Two Scrap from 2×10’s cut to 55 Inches
Two scrap from 2×10’s cut to 28 Inches
Caps/Railings:
Four 2×4’s cut to 55 Inches
Four scrap from 2×4’s cut to 28 Inches
Bracing:
Extra scrap 2×10’s for bracing to connect the two boxes
Extra scrap 2×4’s for cap bracing
*After the video I had leftover one 2×10 @6 feet, that is why in the cut list I have One 2×10 @8 feet, instead of Four 2×10’s at 12 feet that I showed in the video.

I would use 3 inch screws my friend. General rule of thumb. Twice as long as the first board is thick.

Is the cut list wrong? My top rails didn’t fit and had to cut the 2×4 s at 28 down to about 24 instead. Wasn’t a big deal but wanted to check

I recommend adding the bottom wire net if you're not planning to add a bottom. It protects your plants from Gophers. Great video. Thanks!

The big problem I think the wood will be decayed in 2 years, should use soaked green wooden!

I'm doing a raised garden bed this year. I Heard you can put newspaper at the bottom of the bed. Can you use old magazines also? Will the ink break down somehow? Curious. Thanks for all your helpful videos.
