So, before watching this I had no idea you had to start seeds a special way. I just planted some seeds in big self-wicking planters about three days ago. Is there a way to make sure those seeds grow alright, or should I get these seed starting trays and lights and such and plant new seeds right away? I know this video is old, but maybe someone will reply, lol.

It's going to be a great headache for me if I ever have to move out to a colder country. Living in the tropics means I can pretty much grow anything at anytime, given that I can just protect them from typhoons. So urban container gardening will be okay year-round; I don't have to think about the schedule of frost or spring or stuff like that.
Really enjoyed this format. Relaxed and just talking about whatever comes up or needs done.

Me and my dad usually find gardening ones irritating but your approach is calmer and you explain more like do. I use my hen's to compost it saves space the pile is under my fruit trees just out of site my birds stir it. Might be option for those with hens. You can cage squash after you take most of the pile to use abs drop it on for the season to use the space again.
