Really impressive pepper harvest! I'm jealous!
You could do. what Justin Roades did…he made 3 ft tall beds and then put logs around 2–3 in diameter, laid they in the bed and then put his dirt in. That way you get the height for your comfort and save on the dirt required.

Just started watching your channel and subscribed but am confused. Is your RV on your land or Michele's mother's land. I think I missed something somewhere along the line.
We're looking into doing a square foot method bed, just to try it out.
