  1. I haven't heard the term square foot gardening for decades. There used to be a wonderful show on the subject on PBS. Glad to see that someone is still using that method.

  2. As a complete newbie to gardening, James has wonderful tips & advice but to be honest I lose track when Tuck arrives. I always think if James is harvesting without him, Tuck isn’t going to be happy! If it’s Tuck approved then it’s good enough for me! Sorry James, you’re amazing & I appreciate you, Tuck is just a show stealer!

  3. Have you ever tried charring /burning the outside surfaces of the raised bed before you fill it? I heard that this helps prevent rot and some bugs. I live in the mountains of NC and some long time locals here say it works great!
