Would horse manure be considered a green or brown?
I completely agree on mixing greens and browns and not stressing too much over it. However I do recommend adding manure of some kind.

I have three 350 gal full compost bins. The problem, looking for a suggestion, is how does one screen fresh compost that is quite damp and clumpy. Is the only way to smush the clumps through the screen? Will the compost every “dry” enough to sift through a screen?
Many people suggest adding cocopeat to their compost but i don't prefer them I prefer brown papers to add in compost what would you suggest?
