I don't water mine too often but my bushes and vegetables get watered really well when I do water changes on my fish tanks. Great fertilizer!
Thank you for your honest information. You give great tips and tricks on all your clips. I also have a hive at home and my bees instantly found my young plant attractive. I used that same soil that you showed us; although I purchased azalea and rose fertiliser. I will use my chook poo in November for my top up.

With blueberries, you should mulch around the plant. It's beneficial because of new shoots
Blueberries need an acidic soil to thrive…..we’re lucky on our farm here in Bundaberg , it has just the perfect soil. I chucked a blueberry bush straight into the ground and it’s producing like crazy. Love your vids, cheers mate.

We lived on peat land (on the water table) and our blueberries grew incredibly every summer with zero attention to the bush. There were lots of blueberry farms in the region too 🙂 had no luck growing them since moving to higher ground! They love boggy swampy ground.
My blue berries love getting eaten by bowerbirds.

Thank you! I am going to try this as soon as I can. And yes, the bird netting is a huge help! I've used it for other growth as well. Do you recommend any time of year for beginning this process in the cooler climate, such as Northern North America?
Hi, Just watched your video on Blueberries and took note of the bird netting that you have used. I am a little surprised to see you are using a black mesh. Unfortunately black mesh is not very visible to wildlife and they will get caught in the mesh and could suffer injury or worse – death. I have all my garden meshes in white regardless of the aperture size and by doing this the wildlife can see the netting and are cautious of its existence. I also have Blueberries growing and have fitted the white mesh over the plants, I have a Wattle bird family in my location and they love Blueberries, I have noticed that with having the white mesh they can see it and if they want to have a go at the Blueberries they can hang onto the mesh without being caught or tangled. Blueberries grow like weeds under the spruce trees in my garden
wild ones, not domestic they are sweeter and have a more intense falvor but only like 1/4 of the size

If you did not have a garden you can grow ant thing in pots , I do , on a porch on veranda any where
Are those bushes not supposed to get very large? If they get large you will need a bed that size for each bush. I like the frame you made for the netting that would work well for a double wall mini greenhouse if you had cold weather to worry about . Thanks Mark
teabags are good for composting to make acidic soil. You can spread old teabags on your beds as mulch.
I’ve just winged it with my blueberries this year but I am curious, could I repot them now or should I wait til next autumn??
