It's anti-social engineering. No mask can filter a virus. Read the manufacturer label on the packaging. CV19 is a plandemic about control. The pandemic is fear and ignorance. You treat people (employees) like disease ridden vermin to be distanced from. And you do it with a smile. Pathetic.
