  1. This is the first year I planted carrots in the fall. They are still in the ground. I'm not sure what to do with them. We are in zone 5b and the green tops look good. I only water when the temps are above 50. Should I put a frost blanket over them? Low tunnel?

  2. Omg that feeling! I get that. I’m a very new gardener and it is crippling! I have an anxiety disorder so it happens in other aspects of my life too.
I let my berry plants almost completely die this summer because I was so afraid to plant them wrong. Thanks for bringing it up. Helps to know it happens even to a seasoned gardener

  3. Completely understand your sadness, Some people are just so full of love that every aspect of life is just precious and seeing it pass is sad…..So thankful you guys let us into your life. I imagine God is a pretty proud papa!! May he Bless you Works Richly !!

  4. There are so many things I'd like to comment on, but… I decided to just go with my main thought(s)… I just LOVE your videos & I'll never get tired of them. Thank you for all your time & efforts. God bless you and yours.

  5. Sadly, I had that sadness the whole growing season because I got compost tainted with herbicides this spring and all of my beds were prisoned. But luckily for me they are on the mend and the "planning for next year garden fever" hit me early and I'm just dreaming up a storm. Unsolicited advice y'all: if you're buying compost (even if it's from a trusted source that's supposed to be organic like ours), only buy from folks who can prove that they've tested it and it looks good!

  6. Hey, My girlfriend and I love the channel, love your passion! We are interested in adding cattle panel arches to our garden and I have a question. It appears that you place the end of the cattle panel 8" to 12" inside the perimeter of your raised garden beds. I like the idea of this, but am I just seeing this wrong?

Love, you guys! We're in central Arkansas too, so it's nice to hear you solve AR growing problems instead of California problems. haha

  7. Hoping Jessica reads messages from these comments section. I have no other media outlets so I’m only able to communicate through this. I’ve missed sooo much! I left this channel because I couldn’t focus on my “future”. Clearing the fog and preparing for a fresh 2021…I wanted to start the year with you and your smiles of inspiration. Thank you for continuing through the rubble

  8. Hello from Atlantic Canada! This was my first garden alone ( since Mom passed) and I didn't understand why I felt so blue when everything died. You've helped me get through this. Can't thank you enough! Looking forward to spring planting.

  9. Hello, My name is Michelle and I am from Central Maine. I just discovered your channel and have to say I love it. My husband and I have gardened for years but this past year was horrible and your videos have me excited to get right at it in the spring to prep for my summer veggies. Thanks for sharing.
