  1. Some people (sadly) don't even treat their domesticated indoor pets this well! You guys are amazing, wonderful, responsible, very good farm parents – learning every day and you absoultely did the right thing.

  2. Vet fees are something that do have to be thought through. We've had to make the decision that we cannot afford antivenine for potential snake bites. Costs close to $1000, here, and is expired human antivenine (same stuff used for all snake bites in Tasmania) so there are no guarantees it will be effective. We've lost one dog to snake bite and it was horrible. I feel for everyone who has to way up the cost of treatment. Even if no one else judges you harshly it's hard not to judge yourself.

  3. Thank you for sharing your mama pig and your experience with the delivery of the baby's so glad everything worked out . Babies are so sweet. Brings back many memories for us raising piglets . Diane from washington bless you
