I wanted to personally thank you for putting up this video in particular. You can't imagine how grateful I am to have something special and pretty, as well as tasty for dinner on Christmas. This is so easy for me to do. At 73 and being disabled, it has become very challenging to say the least, to prepare a holiday type meal. Yes, this can be made for any day, too. But it's special for us as it's out of the ordinary. Gone are the days when I could cook all day, loving every minute of it. I really enjoy your channel. Have a blessed Christmas.❤️
