I am having mixed results with Nomad. We bought all the extra Kevin and Sarah did and we are only 1 mile from tower. Only some better with my Android and all in one desktop. Not any better at all for husband's iPhone and laptop. Hope it is a good solution for you.
I used to have issues with blossom end rot until I started powdering my egg shells. I add some at time of planting and then about half way through the growing season I sprinkle more around the base of my plants. Haven't had an issue since.
Dropped my iPhone plan first, then my “flip phone” last November, and there is no looking back! I LOVE IT! Seems everyone else has a problem with me not having a cell phone…you teach others how to treat you. I use wifi with my iPad to message and email (two times a day, that’s it) and the house landline for those important calls. Less stress and anxiety for sure.
Yes, we will get your book in time for spring planting – everything will be okay! You will relax more without a cell phone, there is hope!
Overreacting! No that can’t be. Lol. Remember, you compliment each other. You’re in this together. SO OFCOURSE HE’S GOING TO BE THE VOICE OF REASON WHEN YOU’RE FLYING OVER THE MOON WITH ANXIETY. Gotta love Miah. He’s great!
Brie Arthur is in NC zone 7 & she just sprinkles Poppy seed on top of the soil. Erin from Impatient gardener is in Wisconsin, zone 5 & she does the same. She just did it about a week ago. Im trying the same this year, im in Va zone 7a.
I understand what you mean when your surprised that a family member says they bought or even watch you do your job. I was an animal cruelty investigator and my parents never watched me on tv because it wasn’t the station they watched?! Sad when we don’t expect our loved ones to watch us. Btw I have just started watching you and I’m really enjoying your channel. Hi from San Angelo Texas.
Loved the looks of your Brussels sprouts. Are they a. Winter veg that needs to be grown in greenhouse. I have big outdoor garden in would I plant them in early spring April or would they not grow here because of weather? Thanks.
You may enjoy a podcast series that I have listened to twice now. It is called "Fight Hustle, End Hurry" very impactful and has really had me thinking alot!
i know this is old, and u probably wont see this, but in here u say once a fruit has blossom end rot u cant save it, but i had blossom end rot on some san marzano tomatoes when they were fairly young, and i picked some off, but i figured id leave some on to see what happened, and they GREW! and the blossom end rot part kind of shrunk and mostly went away and the fruit got wayyyy bigger and they are almost ready for harvest. they look almost normal, i will just have to trim off like 1/8" of a little nub on the bottom. so if u caught the BER early and only like 1/4" is brown, leave it on and see if it continues to grow, or if the rot gets worse. this happened fairly early in the season so maybe that is why. when i get BER at the end of the season when its starting to get cold and the days short, nothing can save those ones.
One day I will be able to catch one of these live chats! lol Looking forward to it eventually!
