I'm impressed. I'm not going near Henny Penny and her clutch of eggs. I almost didn't find her hiding spot. she's solid black with a rose crest, and she found a nice dark spot to hide. She won't even let me get close to her without pecking me, so I just added more cover around her hidey-hole in case we get any rain. Just keeping my fingers crossed.

We did let out broody turkey sit on duck eggs and she hatched them and was a good mommy to them.
