  1. I love the idea of a snck garden I live in a condo and I have been wanting to make a potted garden made out of a water troft at the end of my drive way with peas and strawberries and such and label it the snack box for the neighborhood. but alas their are HOA rules against it. I CANNOT WAIT TO FIND OUR MINI FARM!

  2. The boys trying asparagus right out of the bed reminded me that, thanks to you, Jess, I have now found that I like raw veggies I never would have thought to eat that way! The first time you picked raw okra and ate it, I was like "What the heck??", but then I tried one, and it was really good! (My family thinks I'm nuts, lol) I bought turnip starts on a whim for the first time (because you plant them), and I tried the greens from them raw, as well. So yum!

  3. Hi Jess! This was fun seeing the boys enjoying their bikes, you walking around and seeing the different areas of your outdoor space and listening to you chat with us. Thank you so much for sharing!

  4. I just had a crazy thought and at the risk of sounding totally "out of my mind weird" I'm going to share it….
Jess you could more than likely water your garden for a season, from the happy tears that you cause us "subs and dedicated viewers" to shed through your beautiful, nostalgic, sentimental sharing of your knowledge and experience from your daily journey of life.
I think that has awesome beauty, as a thought! Love y'all!

  5. I, personally, feel that farm animals have a life on the edge of natural selection (circle of life) and the loving kindness that we provide pets. If you can give them just a little more of a life with that loving kindness…. You are doing a morally great thing. Even if that loving kindness can only last a few more months, weeks, or days. So THANK YOU for your loving kindness, Jess. Every creature deserves that small concession… Especially when their life is knowingly going to be cut short. ❤️

  6. So glad to hear I'm not the only one who sits in my garden and stares and thinks about what should go where!! I, too, change my mind sometimes right as I go to put the seeds in. You are wonderful and make my day. Thank you for being you.
