Plant some muskydine grapes. Great for jam & home made wine. Ha ha.
I live in Ohio. Do you recommend top dressing every raised bed with straw?
do you have any rhubarb ?
The chopped nasturtium leaves in fish tacos sounds good! No the camera doesn't do it justice but you do! I am using as I need with onions right now too in 8a. Thanks Jess, enjoying and still in shock you will be in a new garden next season! You have inspired me for the last 3 years. ~Dani
I knew when you picked that blackberry that it would be tart. They're best when very ripe. They make amazing pies.
Hi Jess – I knew when you pulled the blackberries it was too soon. They are ready when you can gently tug them off, I learned the hard way too…LOL..I had a puckered face too!
I make jelly every year with the wild black berries around our property. I actually transplanted 10 of them up to a bed this year. We just love you guys!!
I love garden tours!!
Up in northern Canada we don’t plant anything until May…except for flower bulbs and garlic in the fall. I’m a little jealous of your long growing season. I think I live in Zone 3.
I accidentally transplanted bunching onions into a space I had sowed lettuce seeds so they're living together in the same space and they're both doing great
Where and how do you cure things?
Your Clematis is absoulutely beautiful! I have a deep purple one by my driveway that is climbing up an old barn ladder we achored to a "T" post.
I love that slow pan of the camaera across your garden from the pavillion!
I cannot tell you how much I am enjoying your videos and hearing your beautiful way of sharing your garden, family and farm with all of us! You are truly an artist, and the land is your canvas. Thank you for allowing us all to dream and inspiring us to “paint” along with you!
Jess, do you ever have any problems with pests eating your harvest? I have something burrowing into my garlic patch at the moment, not eating it though which is good. Your gardens always look so perfect with no issues.
That camera wobble movement and the camera not focusing prevents me from watching because it makes me sick with the motion and I really love your channel.
I always mean to buy the pink podded beans and never do. My 3yo gardener would love those.
