but they were not germinated till now..

Good explanation. But I have a doubt. I have seen another video on cosmos growing. In that pot containing sown seeds are wrapped by a news paper and kept in a shaded area till germination takes place but you are telling sown seeds are to be kept under full sun which is correct?
