You really don’t need a recipe, just toss the radishes (and garlic, if you like) with EVOO, salt, and your favorite spices. I used Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute in this recipe. Try Za’atar or Ajika for a variation, either way you can’t go wrong. I hope you try roasted radishes, the flavor of the radish mellows out and its really a delicious substitute for potatoes. Enjoy!
