How soon do you take the dome off your seed starters? My fall things have broken the soil but very tiny. Also how soon do you thin them? Thank you
The use of peat moss is unsustainable! Please find an ecologically friendly solution.

where do you buy your seeds? I'm from new york and not sure if it makes a difference buying them at walmart as opposed to some other source. unfortaunely didnt have much success with seedlings this year 🙁 trying again for this fall season!
I like MIGardener seeds but dislike the new packaging. You have cut planting depth, days to maturity, and spacing (before and after thinning). You just include one seed spacing number. These are vital pieces of information. You've replaced this with a 3/4" bar with your mission statement. You could include that prominently on your website and add the vital growing information you removed on packets. Thank you!

So we went yesterday for hose plant shopping for my dougther,and I see flat duch cabbage look very not good I feel bad for it and I buy,well I still 6 almost time to harvest,so you think I can get them make head by time first frost? Here is in mid October I think.This plants have like 6 leaf on,bottom is yellow but I think they will make it .

Hi! I got a pack of amaranth seeds locally that say they can be direct sowed up to early August- do you think they would actually work out well?

Thanks for this video! It not only motivated me to start my fall seeds (finally), but it also made me start some that I hadn’t considered. I have such a hard time with squash because of pests. Hopefully these fall ones will do better!
Question: do you keep these seeds/seedlings outside for a few weeks while you wait for them to mature? Or do you grow them inside and then harden them off to the sun slowly? I scrolled through some comments and didn’t see this question/answer.

Luke I am having to move my garden (long story) but I have indeterminate tomatos, bell peppers and a couple of other various herbs to relocate. Would you keep and relocate them or just start over?
