One of my favorite crops to grow are onions! Their flavor is incredible and I was so happy to get to harvest and dry onions from my own garden this year! I hope you try drying your own onions to stock your own pantry! Home preservations is one of the most rewarding things you can do! I hope you enjoy watching me make dinner!

Gal, you have done greatttt!!!
Sorry to bother. I downloaded your leak, potatoe soup. In the video you said the the green tops of the leaks you can freeze them and use them like onion flavour. This video you are dehydrating onions for onion powder. My question is. Can you dehydrate the tops of leaks also? Couldn't dehydrate with the onions the leaks and mix them?
I love your videos. I have learned so much from you. Thank you.
what great teamwork!! that hubby packs lunches and cleans up is so nice…
If you just pick up the two sides of your parchment paper you can pour the contents into the jar without having to lift multiple handloads.
It would be super helpful if you could speak a little slower.
What’s wrong with your husband showing his supportive and a great husband’s face
I love your enthusiasm, you have inspired me so much. I am planning vege beds, herb tubs and buying a dehydrator. Thankyou so much. My seasons are the opposite to yours as I am in Queensland Australia.
What is that you put under the meatloaf?
Check out Hollis and Nancys Homestead. They have good advice and a trick on growing big onions.
I'm a new subscriber for 2 weeks and I've watched all your vids. I have never done that before, so that's how much i enjoy watching you…but…it's bitter sweet, now I have to wait till you post new vid…o well at least I have something to look forward too..
Love your videos
I love my freeze dried onion!
I don’t know if here is a video or someone already commented but what are the beginner gardener mistakes for growing onions? I just got some sets and would love to plant them next spring.
If this is how much you know being so young… I'd love to meet your mom!
She is apples of gold in pitchers of silver. Her husband is soooo blessed.
You’re such an inspiration! Thank you for these awesome videos.
I wish I could afford one of those dehydrator! How cool!
Sage makes a wonderful healing tea with lemon and ginger. Great for summer/winter colds. Definitely breaks up that mucous.
New sub and binge watching!
If you want to get rid of kitchen smells of any kind or just house smells in general… Put a half-gallon of water on to boil and add about a cup of regular cheap apple cider vinegar. I can't say how long to boil the mixture, until the smells are gone. I have a 1000 foot apartment and I let the mix boil for sbout 20 minutrd. I cook a lot of seafood. Hope this helps you.
If you want to store your onions flakes longer or any of your dry goods.please check out Rain Country video on vacuum pressure sealing. It is easy cheap check out her method https://youtu.be/biMgUOdJXV4
Can you show us how you start your plants before you plant them. I’m new to growing plants from seed and am eager to learn? Also I love your videos and love you.! I was literally telling my mom the other day I want to go stay with Becky and help harvest and plant to learn new techniques.
What does Josh do for work? Curious as I'm in school myself for my PhD in Criminology.
