This is my type of gardening. I always start out gung ho, then start to lose ambition and my garden turns into a first class weed bed. Maybe if I started out a little more simpler, I might be more inclined to stay on top of things.

Tilling and digging are lots of work. They strain my back. Easier to just dump compost on top soil and be done with it

I let my wife talk me into no tilling and come harvest…… harvest was quick and easy…. almost nothing fruited
