Oh my goodness. This is definitely a Gardener's vacation trip. The only thing missing is little cabins for people that live down south or out west that want to come over we have to stay in a motel room. Okay I'm ready, snap some magic fingers or something. Those permit people need to let this party get started.

I got 13 in upstate ny ! Awe!! Great video! Jesus Christ I didn't know how much you can do with 13 arced! I want to get a pond now too!! Dang! I can dig it out myself! Yehawwwww!!!
I think it's so smart that you're doing the farmer's market already – get people used to stopping there for when you have your business open. Rental greenhouse space is also a really really cool idea. A couple ideas: for the wedding venue, you can save a lot of problems if you say no alcohol because some people get drunk at weddings and then may get destructive if they go wandering away from the party. Second thing – put a little play area near the picnic area like even a sand box with some garden hand tools for the kids because if kids like going there, the parents are much more likely to shop there. The most awesome thing you could do is do a "train ride" – hook a few carts together and pull them with a 4-wheeler for the kiddies if your insurance co. allows it.
