  1. If you wait until you catch the wooflew before trying to do anything about it, you done waited too late. Yes, one can go overboard with every potion known to man, but if a person would just take some vitamin D everyday, that will do a lot to keep your body prepared to handle the wooflew.

  2. I cant find a way to message or email you. I have questions on what were some things that WORKED FOR YOU ALL.
My husband is going to be tested
I know I know…you're not a doctor lol but I like hearing and seeing from individuals what they did and not what the media is saying.

  3. I had Covid, thank the Lord I got over it quickly. My husband was a different story. He wound up in the hospital. He had 2 great doctors. An ER Dr that told him that he had to fight. Another Dr who had much common sense. My husband moved as much as possible. Thank the Lord he got better.

  4. Can you give us a list of herbs and message you take for better immunity health and energy. I take multi vite, vitamin B complex and vitamin D. I used to take rosehip but can' remember the name. Was a fast desolvìng tablet and had the best citrus flavor.. what do you use to help to thin the mucus so I can cough it up. Thank you and God bless you and hubby.

  5. When wheezing – coughing gets bad take
1/2 teaspoon or so of Baking soda / sodium bicarbonate dissolved in
    cup of room temperature water.
Sit up or stand, don't lay down to let the soda in your stomach out gas by belching & burping. There may be more coughing, go outside or stand over the toilet to spit out the mucous
Coming up. Do not swallow it! It will pass within 10-15 mins. As long as your stomach feels bloated, stand upright, don:t lay down, keep belching. After about 20mins, sit on recliner or propped up with pillows. Breathe in & out very slowly & deeply to calm your heart & lungs. Have a hot water bottle handy to apply to your chest or back. Apply
Vicks to your chest & neck, breathing slowly, deeply with the soothing heat/ warmth of water bottle. I also lay on a square flat heated soap stone between my shoulders.

  6. Glad you guys made it. I had COVID, at the same time recovering from an infected incision from a Transplant, the Transplant itself , sciatica, and Newly Widowed didn’t have family around. Did have can good with pop top lids and cartons of broth. Greatful to still be on the Planet.

  7. At the first sign of sore throat start taking sips of xtra strength pepto. At the first sign of stuffy nose, 2x benydryl every 3 hrs. Fever: 2 ibuprofin every 3 hrs . Cough: Vicks vaporub on chest/under nose as needed. Guffison for cough as directed. Lots of gatoraid 3-4 32 oz . Lipton cup o soup drink as many as you can. If nose still runs take another benedyl. They idea here is to close off the sinuses from being the garbage door: no snot = less sore throat and less coughing. You are basically forcing the body to take the trash out down any other hall way doors. If you are still sick after 2 weeks go to a doctor. You should be better after 5 days but have lingering fever and sinus , lower the dosages until you dont need them. Be aware that you may have a re occurance about 7-10 days later. Repeat the above but go see a doctor if there is a 3rd occurance. I also use nyquil but only at night. Pseudoephidrine from behind the pharmacy counter will help you breath better but I avoid it unless the mix needs one last boost. My cocktail system works. Have not had a sore throat lasting more than 3 days in over 10 years. Treating with sips often will work every time. If it doesnt work, you did it wrong. if it coats your stomach it will coat your throat.

  8. Bless your soul for helping so many like this! Did you use mullein to help with the mucus? My family, mucus drugs don't work forus. I keep it on hand because when bad it can take the edge off but I find my allergy kid, essential oil and herbs helped most. The fear has absolutely eaten me up about this, but so many videos like this have helped. But last night I had a dream covid is coming to my house. I want to be prepared! I think I have what I need, but I am afraid I've missed something! Can you be so kind as to provide a list of things you've used? I know the disclaimers and all, can't give medical advice but I believe nature heals and doctors don't always agree with that. I also don't have health insurance so please if you could do a video about what to stock! My friend had a rough go with covid and I sent her raw honey, echinacea, reishi, elderberry tincture. She did recover but went to the hospital twice and ended up with a bladder infection of all things!

  9. I watch all the time but don't usually comment. I just wanted to say I'm so glad you all are on the mend and will continue to pray for James and you all. Thanks for the update on the truths you shared! Rest up and take care.

  10. Yeah the wife and I both got it back at the end of July this year. It took about 3-4 weeks, to completely get back to normal but we are older. We both got the infusion within 10 days of having symptoms, we both lost a lot of weight from lack of eating

  11. My sister and hubby got it really bad. Both hospitalized. They've had a run of bad luck. The virus, newly diagnosed heart problems( brother in law), bells palsy (sister). They're both young, healthy very physically fit. You give great advice here, Patera. Moving, sunshine, etc. Thank you for sharing your experience.
