I'm so excited about the chicken/rooster stickers! My 10 yo is a budding artist, and a hardcore chicken lover. She will treasure these.
My husband and I are traveling around the south this winter so we had our own little Thanksgiving in our camper. We like to mix it up every other year so this year we found a bacon wrapped chicken breast that we roasted in the oven with potatoes, carrots and acorn squash. We also made a gluten-free dressing we found at the store and boiled greenbeans. It turned out pretty good, but Chris was disappointed that I insisted we didn't need gravy.

my family is from the South- Appalachian. Stuffing is made with bread and meant to be in or part of the meat dish but dressing is more liquid and goes over a dish more like what in themidwest is gravy.

I have watched your latest episode of Wilder Still. For me I prefer your You Tube channel, it shows real life and a much more personal view of your homestead and who you are. Although while the Wilder Still production is lovely I feel it is more scripted and somewhat a commercial. I sincerely hope you continue with the plans and dreams you have for the future, this is what brings your viewers coming back to your You Tube channel and what homesteading is all about.
That was a lovely VLOG. Thank you. I am now trying to work out why/how your pumpkin pie crust has a crimped edge, but the containers they were in looked rounded. From the UK, so pumpkin pie is a thing of mystery (I have followed a recipe and made it before (delicious) but not having had the original one can only assume.
