I saw the direction we ( the world) was headed years ago, so I got rid of Twitter, I stopped watching Cable news, then eventually all t.v.
I began feeling better and I even noticed I was much happier. I’m slowly getting rid of my TVs and Computers. I’m down to my phone and notebook .. life is simpler and I enjoy that !
