We are beginning to prep for our spring garden. We purchased Red Lasoda seed potatoes from our local co-op, Candy Onion sets from Dixondale Farms, and some seeds from Johnny’s Seeds. Our winter garden is about finished. The cold finally about finished everything. Looking forward to spring planting now!!

Looks like your all set for spring. There is no way I can grow anything this time of year unless it's indoors. Come on spring lol. Happy gardening :-):-):-)

This will be our first year planting potatoes in a raised bed–fingers crossed. Do y'all still have your fish? How are they doing?
Hey, yeah I live a little further south than you and I've already got spring fever pretty bad as well. I'm in probably an 8B or maybe 8A over in North Florida. Question for you though, I may have missed an update but I was wondering about your mushroom logs. Did you ever get more mushrooms, what happened with those? If you did a video, just let me know which one and I'll go watch it.
