It’s officially our first planting of the year! This weekend on the farm, we are filling our high tunnels with ranunculus and snapdragon seedlings. But first we need to prep the ground, and since that is hard cold work, we are going to need a good meal to go along with it. Blanch tomatoes to get skins off. You just boil water, dip the tomato in boiling water, pull out and skins roll up & come right off.
