  1. I loved this video right up to baby formula. When anything is in high demand prices will rise so the corporation's stock holders will make the best profit possible. If those of us who don't need baby formula go out and purchase it 'just in case' we will create an artificial high demand situation which will raise the price of baby formula for those who need it. I respect you deeply but I'll have no part of that.

  2. Mental and emotional health are basic using blocks of a worthwhile life. Cultivating them is job 1. Growing and gathering incidentals is a good feedback loop to the soul.

  3. Very seriously considering reaching out to some churches that have 2, 3, 5, 10 acres to maybe plant for the community. I'd happily commit the seeds and time

  4. I don’t understand why people aren’t putting food away. Definitely why they haven’t been for the last yr or longer. The Amish is a great source for getting bulk food also. I have been getting yeast, flour, sugar in 50 lbs bags etc… please keep yelling this from the roof tops. We have ran in trouble for baby formula for my grand daughter. She is 11 mo so we switched over to regular milk. Which I have been buying dry milk for her and put it up with brewers yeast and a tad of molasses. That’s what my grandmother did with her babies.

  5. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of peace and love and of sound mind. Folks should not be afraid and panic and rush into decisions based on fear. We should all be doing our Parr to grow food and provide as much as we can for our own families all the time…not just when a crisis is looming. I believe that God is calling his people to put our trust in Him. Remember in the book of Matthew God tells us that we are more precious than the birds of the air and the grass of the fields and he loves us and when we seek him first all of these things will be added unto us. One thought that resonates with me is wondering how many Ukrainian people were preppers? How many of those preppers were in the line of people fleeing to Poland with only what they were wearing on their backs? You can prep, can, freeze dry, dehydrate and store up all you want but when worse comes to worse, we will all be in line depending of God's love, his mercy and his grace and his PROMISE to provide all of our needs. While we are all prepping, and shopping and storing up let's remember that ultimately God is our provider. Should this Nation of ours turn to communism, if our beloved government decides to take away our rights and freedoms, they will not allow you to leave for the train carrying all your preserved good. Most likely they will destroy it all while you have to watch. If our government decided to ration our food on a nationwide scale, they will not allow you to keep your bounty. They will require us all to stand in the same bread lines. Like Patera says, do you diligence and grow and store your own food as much as possible, but do it because we all should anyway and not out of fear. Ultimately, God is our protector and our provider. We are nothing and we can do nothing without him and his mercy and grace.

  6. My concern over babies needing formula…is making me feel that I need to keep a goat in milk. Goat milk is easy on little tummies. Since I have the space….just a thought.
