It’s April which is one of the best times of the year to start sowing seeds. The days are getting longer so there’s more time to get as much done as possible on the plot. Today we sowed the runner beans and the french dwarf beans.

Good lord those leaves look nice!!!!! I have a feeling that rhubarb will need a year to get rocking. Gotta be special spending time with Pops on the plot. Looking great Duder:))
Hi mate. Good to be getting some beans growing. Yes it’s definitely seed sowing time. I’m going to spend a day at my plot this weekend to try and tidy it up and get some seeds sown. Hope the sweetpeas survived the rabbits. Take care. Nick
Hi Adam, Interesting video. Your allotment site looks an idyllic place to have a plot. I think that insect is the Hawthorn Shield Bug, I looked it up in my Collins pocket guide to insects! Often see them where I am. Shame about the one or two broad beans toppling over, I wonder if it might be cutworms.
Hi Adam, everything is looking fine. Good luck. See you soon.
