We've left potatoes in the ground for five years now and we've had excellent crops, increasing every year! Love from Gresham, or, Judy
I'm new at gardening also. I am trying to grow tomatillo plants and am having trouble. Do they not need a lot of water while growing?? Just trying to figure out why my plants are having trouble
They carry that tool at Tractor Supply. I got mine there.
You got Josh back on camera
I LOVED my grow bag! Last year was my first year and I did amazing! I only had 5-5 gallon grow bags and I got a ton of good sized! I ordered the 10 gallon bags for this year! Love your videos!!
Becky! Did I hear that right? Pick up whipped cream? Homemade tastes soooo much better, use powered sugar and it wont deflate on you 🙂
I dont see your link for the grow bags Becky. I must have missed seeing it. Could you direct me?
I was holding my breath when you were turning out the cake
Those berries are Huge Wow .
I have 3 Vintage Nordic Ware Bundt pans , I have 2 large and one small one , love them , their weight is so heavy and they cook very evenly .
You do need to wash them, they have little bitty bugs on them. You cant see them, but they are there..
“That’s just typical me” you crack me up! Love you
Too much of talking.
That happened to me once. I put a plastic cutting board in my oven, forgot about it and turned the oven on. It was in there long enough to melt through the racks and on to the element. Once it was cool, it was pretty easy to get off the racks and I heated up the element briefly and got it off. Needless to say I learned my lesson and now I always look in the oven before I turn it on. You might want to start doing that. It will save a lot of future grief.
I've seen another gardener advise to plant only 1 potato per bucket / grow bag, because then it will grow bigger potatoes. She said if you crowd the bucket / bag with too many seed potatoes, they compete for space and so the new potatoes are smaller. Just some food for thought?
Omg…you had me giggling…I love your videos ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm normally very picky about my fruit. It can't be even the least bit bruised or the texture freaks me out. On top of that I also try not to eat berries out of season and have been dying to go pick strawberries. My daughter is also on the last jar of jam, so I need to make more. I finally broke this week and bought some strawberries. Can't wait to pick them next month.
I've been watching the night time Temps like a hawk. My tomatoes are dying to get out of the guest room. Next year I'll start them a couple weeks later too.
Great job Becky, enjoyed your video. Josh is a good husband Becky, he reminded me of my dear husband who would come help me with my projects, bless him. Bless you both xxxxxx
Wow your lawn and garden looks great xxxxx
I am planting my potatoes, 3 kinda of squash, cucumbers, corn, and green peas tomorrow. Then I have to go and pick up some green bean seeds because I didn't know that I was out of them. When I get home I plan on planting them also. Then in about 2 weeks my peppers, cabbage, onions, spinach and lettuce should be ready to go in the ground too. My garden will be all in by the middle of the month and I should have sprouts of stuff beginning soon.
When I grew up my parents always planted potatoes cut in half with eyes in mounds/hills in garden. My husband and I had good luck doing it. I may try and plant some in a small area this year since only for me.
