  1. Farmers are the first link of the chain. We always know what is coming, because we suffer it first. Know your history, folks. The farmers in U.S. were in a sever depression all thru the 1920s – long before the stock market crashed – look into it, it was because the price of wheat crashed, due to WWI being over. There were violent farm strikes, where farmers blocked roads, ruffed up auction actions, etc…There were milk wars where I live. They could not get the price they needed/demanded. They blocked other farmers & co-ops by force & dumped their milk. it got violent. Noone ever wants to listen to the farmer. It ought to be the 1st place you go to find out what is going on. Keep on Patera!

  2. I've said it on your feed before…I have doubled the size of my garden this year. Thankfully I live in the south so I have a longer growing period. I gold my husband today I am going to have more succession planting than I ever have! I will be planting till I can't plant no more.

  3. I bought 2 roasted chicken at Costco today for 4.99 ea
This is cheeper than getting regular fryiers 2 for 18.00!!!
So I'm going back and stocking up on the already freshly cooked chicken and freezing them …. Go figure this one out.. and they are large chickens

  4. Patara, I see the grain issue from the same perspective as you do, only from a different angle. I do pest control for a living. Grain is the base ingredient in our rodenticides. We are already having issues getting product. In the past few weeks, we ordered a pallet of the current bait rotation product we are using. A pallet of the bait we were previously using showed up because that's what the supplier had in the warehouse.

I talk with one of our department supervisors about this stuff all the time, and I called this pallet WEEKS before it showed up in our stockroom. I've also made my thoughts known to management that we needed to get a 53-footer of each of the two baits we've used to date as part of our bait rotation, just to protect ourselves against price increases and out of stocks I knew were coming. When the new prices on services came out, I knew right away these increases would not even come close to covering the price increases coming at the back end of this year. A 10% to 15% price increase doesn't cut it when you're looking at a minimum of 40% price increases.

What I see coming is rodent infestations beyond people's wildest dreams. You're going to see families doubling and tripling up in not just homes, but apartments. That equates to lots more garbage and sanitation issues which cause rodent issues. You're going to see rodent issues in retail stores because of how inventory moves out of the store: it's typically last in, first out. Whatever came with the last load is toward the front of the shelf. When you have shortages, the product that never seems to get rotated is now the only product left. And chances are, rodents got to it first. You're going to see rodent issues at the food processing facility level (they're inspected, and they MUST have a pest control operator under contract).

Bottom line: The product availability issues I see coming translate to a major health issue down the road because pest control operators are not going to have the full array of tools necessary to knock down rodent issues.

  5. Bless your little cotton socks, Patara, I don't think I've ever seen your neck that red. But, you're not wrong. Keep on saying what needs to be heard. ~ Lisa

  6. Just another kick in the butt for inflation that could affect everyone, I was watching another channel about diesel mechanics stating that they are not getting the parts they need to fix semi trucks when they break down. The semi trucks that break down are being told to lots where they sit where they may or not be repaired due to the shortage of probably imported Chinese parts. If this continues how long before all of the transport trucks that break down are no longer in service due to the lack of parts.

  7. Unfortunately many in denial will steal from others that prepared once things get bad. Hope I'm wrong, but mankind is evil and uncivilized…

  8. Wht your seeing is the beginning collapse of the global economy to bring in a digital currency. The great reset. Whether you want to believe it or not biblical revelations is being fulfilled.

  9. God bless you for "seeing the truth" and informing the rest of us. I am so glad I found your channel when I did. I've been a "light" prepper (two athletic boys here. Now they're young men but still at home) but after seeing what has been happening ALL around the world since the C started my eyes are WIDE OPEN. Because of you my preps are in FULL swing. Thank you.

  10. I took a frozen chicken out of the freezer to cook that I paid $1.19 a pound last fall. Now whole chickens are over $3 per lb! It is going to get worse if you can even find chicken!

  11. Yes, I concur with you, Prices are being Increased Daily…For those who are in a state of non-belief, Don't waste your breath on them, because there're Flashing Lights All Over The USA!

  12. I fear that these folks who don’t believe that things can get really bad will take advantage of others rather than try to help. I pray I am wrong, but selfishness is running rampant these days.
