Alfalfa Sprouts and Alfalfa Microgreens are very easy to grow, and fast too. You can eat them at the sprouting stage, or let them develop a bit until they reach the microgreen stage. They are packed with nutrients, and add a nice flavor profile to your soups, salads, sandwiches, or as a garnish. If you are new to growing microgreens, then start with these, they are almost fail proof, and fast.

A common practice is to put another tray directly into the planted tray right onto the seeds and put a weight in the tray. The weight helps to strengthen the stems and also forces the seed hulls off of the plants. thanks for yet another informative video on a super healthy product.
Thank you for the excellent and easy-to-follow instructions!
Thanks for that tip…Last season I put a question to you about how long would the liquid fertilizer last and I can say the Dyna grow 7-9-5 works this season and i purchased it well before last season as well as the MASTERBLEND 4-18-38 Complete Combo Kit.
What a great idea to put the seeds in a shaker!
