  1. Hi Ian and Selina….two things came to mind while watching your terrific livestream.
The first is: will the current economic issues (affecting available funds, and food security) create a renewed demand for vegetables (necessity) and a decline for flowers (nicety)?
And … do you ever worry that disclosing all your business strategies will allow or lead someone to copy them but then price their wares lower? If someone were to do so to horn in on your success, how would you maintain what you have achieved? I would consider keeping at least half of the items you order a secret during unboxing.

  2. YES make videos for skill share. Call it The Cutting Flower Garden Year. It's such a huge trend. Show the top 12 flowers and fillers and make 1 bouquet per month. You can use the footage in your grant money film too.

  3. For the videos, maybe you can find a university student willing to volunteer for you.
Food this year should be good sales as long as your pricing is below retail.
Another way may be yearly subscriptions for food baskets, like is done in the US. That way you grow food for people who actually need/want it.
Talk around with media instructors, they may know far better than I do what can be done.
