Today we harvested our Silver Queen sweet corn. We picked it and shucked it so now it is ready to eat or freeze for the winter. We also cleaned up the area in the garden where the corn was to make ready to plant okra and peppers.

Now I have Silver Queen envy, I could eat a whole row.
We are in middle Tennessee. Our first is about a week away. I have 3 blocks that I planted about 2 weeks apart.
Beautiful butterfly and nice compost pile!! Very nice on the corn harvest, that's no
good you can't do a 2nd batch but with it being so hot the okra and peppers should
do really good!! Have a good'nnn
Are silver queen normally smallish in size?
